About the Decision Maker
The Decision Maker helps you choose when you can't make up your mind. Flip a virtual coin, get an instant yes or no, or enter your own options and let it pick one at random — each with an equal chance. Every result is generated locally using your browser's cryptographic random number generator, so it's genuinely unbiased, and nothing you type ever leaves your device.

When to use it
Reach for the Decision Maker any time you're stuck — settling a friendly debate, choosing where to eat, deciding who goes first, or drawing a winner for a quick giveaway. When you want something more visual, spin the Spin the Wheel; to draw a name from a longer list, use the Random Name Picker; and for board and tabletop games, roll the Dice Roller.
How to use the Decision Maker
Why a random nudge helps
Small choices eat up surprising amounts of mental energy, and the more trivial the decision the longer people tend to dither. Handing the call to a coin flip or a random pick removes that friction. There is also an old trick worth knowing: the moment the result lands, you often notice which answer you were quietly hoping for — which tells you what you actually wanted.
Ways to use it
Use it for a quick yes-or-no, to pick fairly from a list of options, or to settle a friendly argument when nobody will budge. It is just as good for the everyday stuff — which restaurant, which film, who does the washing up — where any reasonable choice will do and you simply want to move on.
